The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) has issued General Licence INT/2025/5632740 under the UK Autonomous Sanctions Regulations. This licence permits individuals to make funds available to or for the benefit of a UK Designated Person (DP) up to a specified permitted maximum. This allowance is applicable for each of the two months following the date of the UK DP's designation and is intended for the purpose of enabling the UK DP to make permitted payments. The licence aims to provide interim support for basic necessities to those subject to financial sanctions.
