The Scottish Building Contracts Committee (SBCC) has announced a 6% price increase for all current SBCC Contracts and Guides, effective from 7 January 2025. The increase will apply to both online and print copy purchases. However, contracts purchased prior to 6 January 2025 will retain 2024 pricing. The SBCC online subscription fee will not be impacted by this increase. This adjustment also aligns with the SBCC's agreement with the Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT), which requires pricing alignment with equivalent JCT contracts.
