Aviation insurance claims

The Ukraine conflict has had a seismic impact on the aviation insurance market. Claims under aviation insurance policies have been a key focus as lessors seek to recover losses in respect of aircraft remaining in Russia (which are usually still in the possession and use of Russian airlines). To this end, a flurry of claims have been issued in the English, US, and Irish courts.
