The Creative Worker route permits applicants in the creative sector to work or perform in the UK on a temporary basis.
Creative artists and entertainers, together with their entourages, can use this route. Sponsors will need to confirm that for individuals in the fields of dance, theatre, opera, television or film, or models in the fashion industry, the relevant Code of Practice has been followed. Where no Code of Practice exists for the relevant occupation, the artist/entertainer will need to be performing a role in the creative industries that appears in Immigration Rules, Appendix Skilled Occupations and be able to demonstrate that they can make a unique contribution to creative life in the UK.
