182nd practice direction update—20 March 2025

The Master of the Rolls and the Minister of State for Justice have approved the 182nd PD update to the CPR. The amendments come into force at 11 am on 20 March 2025. The 182nd PD update contains amendments to CPR PD 51R (Online Civil Money Claims (OCMC) Pilot) to permit litigants in person to make applications online in the OCMC.

181st practice direction update—27 February 2025

The Master of the Rolls and the Minister of State for Justice have approved the 181st PD update to the CPR. The amendments come into force at 11 am on 27 February 2025 (subject to transitional provisions). The 181st  PD update contains amendments to CPR PD 51R (OCMC Pilot), CPR PD 51ZB (Damages Claims Pilot (DCP))
