Civil procedure rule committee minutes

The Civil Procedure Rules Committee (CPRC) is a non-departmental public body set up under the Civil Procedure Act 1997 to make the rules of court for the Civil Division of the Court of Appeal, High Court and the County Court. The committee meets on a regular basis throughout the year to discuss and work through changes to the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and associated Practice Directions.

The rules referred to in the minutes of the meetings set out below were in force at the time of those meetings but may have changed or been omitted since.

Minutes of the CPRC meetings predating 9 September 2022 will refer to the Queen's Bench Division. Since that date this division is known as the King’s Bench Division.
