Procedure Rule Committee minutes

The Civil Procedure Rules Committee (CPRC) is a non-departmental public body set up under the Civil Procedure Act 1997 to make the rules of court for the Civil Division of the Court of Appeal, High Court and the County Court. The committee meets on a regular basis throughout the year to discuss and work through changes to the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and associated Practice Directions.

The Online Procedure Rule Committee (OPRC) is a non-departmental public body set up under the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022 to make rules governing the practice and procedure for specific types of online court and tribunal proceedings across the Civil, Family and Tribunal jurisdictions. The committee meets to discuss the development of Online Procedure Rules (OPR) across these jurisdictions.
