UK Listing rules

The UK Listing Rules are published by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and are published in the FCA Handbook.

A listing of equity shares in a commercial company on the Stock Exchange means that the company has to comply with certain continuing obligations, including those in respect of further issuances of equity shares, treasury shares and a company dealing in its own securities, all as set out in UK Listing Rule 9 (UKLR 9).
